An origin story
I know what it’s like to live caught in the undertow of patterns that you never consciously chose, but have stayed stuck in just the same.
When you feel continuously overwhelmed, and life seems reduced to just surviving….feeling grounded and in touch with your own self agency feels like a distant fantasy.
But it’s not.
Most of us are conditioned - covertly & overtly - to disconnect from ourselves in order to stay acceptable, safe, or “on track.”
The cost is enormous; striving, collapse, self-betrayal, out-of-control coping mechanisms and a deep disorientation about what we truly want or how to live at peace with ourselves.
FoxWit is my contribution of guidance, practical tools and honest reflections, where I share what I’ve learned, and what I’m still learning & unlearning.

I’ve locked my conscious attention on untangling the roots of the patterns that cause us harm. Not to perfect my performance, or push others to perform - but because I refuse to accept that feeling disconnected and powerless is as good as we get to feel in this lifetime!
My own background and experiences drove me to learn how stress & trauma, conditioning, and unmet needs shape the way we relate to ourselves - and how we can build something steadier. While moving through a decade of work experience in business operations, I’ve also gained certifications in counselling and performance coaching, polyvagal theory, and attachment-based development, but the most powerful curriculum continues to be the fulfilment, pain and what the actual f*ck moments that life hands out so freely.
Now I’m here to be a no-BS supporter in the often messy process of building a connection to yourself that doesn’t run on feelings of defectiveness or lack..
Let’s work together on the change we want to see individually and systemically - without bypassing, sugarcoating, or shaming ourselves into submission.
