Tuesday April 7th 5:30PM PST - Choosing a Legacy

Consciously choose how you participate in work culture.

Retiring the Extraction Legacy is a 3-part live workshop series exploring the relationship between our current systems of work, how we relate to ourselves within them, and what happens when that link goes unexamined.

I combine 10 years of work experience in Business Operations with my education in counselling and performance coaching to teach you a framework for shifting the most enduring 'pain patterns' I’ve seen from professionals and entrepreneurs over the course of my career.

Week One: We look closely at our own internal system and how the conditions within create and maintain our own workplace behaviours and career patterns. We create a clearer picture of our own relationship to work.

Week Two: We look at how the external systems in our lives (our systems of work, economy and social conditioning) can make the arbitrary seem purposeful, and hide dysfunction within the pressure to acclimate, and our own valid desire to succeed. We create a greater awareness of what messaging affects us most, and how to more consciously steer our decision making processes.

Week Three: With all the information covered in Week 1 & Week 2 at our disposal, we work through a series of exercises to develop a clear individual framework for how we will nurture our internal system according to our own desires and goals, and how we can set and maintain real-life guardrails to shift overwork, disengagement or feeling undervalued at work.

Shifting dysfunction in our work culture requires both awareness and practical application (one without the other doesn’t work very well!) - this workshop series aims to provide you with both.
